Matthew Danish has released version 2.1 of CL-SDL, lisp bindings to the free and portable SDL "Direct-X-alike" library.

CL-PDF, Marc Battyani's 100% lisp (no FFI) library for generating PDF files is at version 1.0

Matthias Koeppe's CL-BibTeX 0.3.1 does more stuff.
