On Lisp Reprint

I forgot to mention a while ago that it looks like Paul Graham's On Lisp is going to be reprinted soon (summer 2003). For those for whom the PDF version isn't good enough.

I can't help but check for it everytime I'm in a bookstore. Borders (Bay Area: Palo Alto & Sunnyvale) always seems to have a copy on hand. Good news regardless.

I'm sure this was at Mark Conrad's request.

Who is Mark Conrad?

Latest news (May 8th) from Doris: "At this time, I don't think this book will publish by this summer. It is still in the assessment stage, but as such could quickly move along once the details have been worked out."

Please, please, please don't publish it with those horrible bit-mapped fonts. I just can't bear to even look at my copy. :-(

Does this mean used copies are no longer selling online for $250?
