SBCL for OS X

Christophe Rhodes announced on sbcl-devel that SBCL 0.8.2.8 (in cvs) supports OS X (modulo three or four known issues--Christophe says the problem with mmap'ed streams mentioned in the announcement has already been fixed).

Binaries (built by Patrik Nordebo) are available in a tarball at http://www-jcsu.jesus.cam.ac.uk/~csr21/sbcl-darwin-binary.tar.gz (no warranty, may eat your shorts, et cetera). Feedback to the SBCL development mailing lists would be much appreciated.
