As each state is called out, more fumbling for a gin soaked pencil to
add to the dense scribbles and desperate tallyings on our scoresheets.

The electric chairs are all energized.

Squads of grim faced texan prison guards killing time at their
failsafe points in Atlanta, Santa Fe and Pittsburgh like some deranged
version of Saddam's republican guard.  Taking a cue from some of our
North Korean friends, other elite platoons of guards sit in complete
silence and darkness in abandoned tunnels dug underneath polling
stations in South Florida as part of a state-mandated civic
improvement project.  They await a coded signal to spring into action.

All communication with the Governor's mansion abruptly ceased at 8:30
central time.  The lights are on and we can occasionally see movement
in the windows.  There are definitely children inside the compound
though at this time we do now know exactly how many there may be.

The guards went past the failsafe points 7 minutes ago and cannot be
recalled.

Nader on CNN with one eye that is twice as big as the other.  The big
eye is the only one that blinks, and it does so furiously.  He looks
like his body is close to rejecting the parasitic worm that is
controlling his mind, but at a devastating cost to his health and
sanity.
