Portable Hemlock

Gilbert Baumann is working on making Hemlock, CMUCL's X-based emacs-like editor, portable to other lisps.

I could have taken a picture of it running in SBCL as well, but it'd look exactly the same - and the rest of my screen is more boring.

Lots of interesting CLXness happening lately.

Your screen might be more boring, but there's probably *less* of it. Rainer, we know you have an obscene amount of screen real estate already :)

Okay, this is just the screen of my G4 Powerbook - my Cinema Display was not attached. Next time.

Psst... But I give a hint. There is something interesting on the screen to see. If you know what it is, *****DON'T***** post it here. Just enjoy that you've detected it. If the time comes you get a screenshot of that, too.

Umm.......... I got it. :)
Just wondering when the time comes...
Thanks for your screenshot.

Okay, I pulled down the portable hemlock sources from that link but I don't see any specialization to make it work with OpenMCL. And I'm seeing errors during compilation, so I'm guessing it's missing the "port" in portable.

Is the OpenMCL port available anywhere?
